  • AN ESTOPPEL FORM/INFORMATION DOCUMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE ASSOCIATION TREASURER PRIOR TO ANY PROPERTY SALES. THIS DOCUMENT MUST INCLUDE THE ADDRESS OF THE PROPERTY BEING SOLD; THE NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER OF THE BUYER; THE NAME OF THE SELLER AND THE ANTICIPATED DATE OF CLOSING.
